Terms of Services
We provide technology services which may include custom website, app and software development, AI automation, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), organic SEO, organic social media management, and email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing. Exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are outlined in a proposal or agreement before work begins. Services are provided by Deteroid Technologies LLP and presented publicly under the brand Deteroid.

We operate with transparency on payments. Most projects require a non-refundable advance payment — typically 30% to 50% — before we begin. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery or per agreed milestones. Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. Late payments may result in delayed deliverables or temporary suspension of work.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel a project at any time, but the initial deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation happens after work has begun, you will be invoiced for work completed up to that point. In rare cases, Deteroid may terminate a project due to non-responsiveness, abusive behavior, or failure to meet agreed payment terms. Completed work and intellectual property rights remain with us until payment is fully settled.

Confidentiality
We treat private business information, technical details, and strategic materials shared during a project as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent. Likewise, we expect you to respect our methods and processes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA when needed.
